The Benefits of Starting Early
The earlier a child starts their music education, the better! Our curriculum takes advantage of crucial learning windows, literally creating "musical pathways" in their brains, paving the way for later musical learning. And that's not all! Studies show that early music study helps develop focus, listening, and language skills later in life!
About Toddler Tunes
In this weekly 30-minute class, parent and child participate together: playing rhythm instruments (bells, sticks, triangles, tambourines, castanets, woodblocks, drums, etc.), moving to music, singing, and developing fine motor skills through finger plays and keyboard playing. I have been teaching piano lessons for over 25 years. I got my training in early childhood music education at the Art City Music Academy in Springville, Utah, and now I teach their Mighty Musicians curriculum out of my home studio in Sandy, Utah. I love music, I love teaching, and I love kids!
